All purchases of LPV.ai services, including AI-powered voice receptionists, chat automation, review management, content creation, workflow automation, and other related features, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Malfunction: If the service fails to function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.

  • Unauthorized Charge: If you were incorrectly charged due to a billing error, duplicate payment, or fraudulent transaction.

  • Cancellation Before Renewal: If you cancel your subscription before the renewal date but were still charged, you may be eligible for a refund upon request.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • Monthly & Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations will only prevent future billing, and no refunds will be issued for unused time within the billing cycle.

  • Trial Periods (If Applicable): If a trial period is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Refunds will not be granted for users who fail to cancel in time.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and determine eligibility.

  3. Response Time: Refund requests are typically processed within 7-10 business days. If approved, funds will be returned via the original payment method.

4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs that were produced within the expected service functionality.

  • Misuse of services or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

  • Requests made beyond 30 days from the original payment date.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting LPV.ai for a resolution, we reserve the right to terminate your account and deny future access to our services.

LPV.ai reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any modifications will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
